After putting the device into service, the user or the maintainer is introduced to the system and the correct way of operating the device, after which the device is handed over.

We provide professional device maintenance to ensure optimum operation of the device during the system’s entire life-cycle.

ELIMINIATION OF MALFUNCTIONS AND REPAIRS
If necessary, we provide servicing and repair of devices and eliminate possible malfunctions. If technically possible, we try to eliminate malfunctions remotely.

UPGRADE OR RECONSTRUCTION
We continuously work on improving our technology. Due to constant improvement, opportunities for the upgrade of technology might be created after ten years of operation. If necessary, we provide a system upgrade and take care of adequate reconstructions.
Maintenance Contract
Besides urgent repair interventions and regular servicing, we advise our customers to take care of their devices and systems with an annual maintenance contract. If necessary, individual coupled devices can be modernised by an upgrade. Together with appropriate maintenance, this ensures that the device will have a life span of several decades.
Monitor and control your system’s device with the help of Menerga WebServer. This is the so called web building management system that can be installed on any computer, tablet or WebCapsule room panel with a touch screen with multi-touch technology. It can be mounted anywhere, in the control locker, control room, at the reception desk, in luxury suits, hotel rooms etc. More on WebServer is available here.
Building maintainers are offered basic and more thorough training on operating Menerga devices and systems, their maintenance, servicing and repair of malfunctions. We will make sure that our servicemen provide the necessary knowledge and skills to maintainers.
Menerga Service – an Additional Advantage
Menerga’s service staff have a broader specialisation and also possess knowledge from technical fields, indirectly connected to air conditioning and electrical engineering. Often, the faults can be hidden in other devices of the system. This requires knowledge of specific fields beyond specific technical knowledge.
All customers with an implemented system and internet connection, digital regulation or building management system are also offered remote support. In this way, we can diagnose malfunctions via internet connection and determine, whether we can help the maintainer eliminate the malfunction over telephone or whether a servicing is required to re-establish the balance of the system.
If necessary, we also offer servicing of other manufacturer’s equipment in the air conditioning, ventilation, heating and cooling industry.
