Values as a Basis for Creative Work
The values, defined in Menerga, represent our internal “rules of the game”. More specifically, this relates to guidelines that represent a basis for the implementation of our projects, assignments and tasks. They relate to all areas, which our co-workers cover, from communication to implementation, problem solving and solution seeking.
Menerga’s five values represent a sieve when making decision on who to invite into our team and from who to say goodbye. These are: environmental responsibility, honesty, excellency, team work and flexibility.
We want to create a winning team of co-workers. One that can achieve above-average results by working together. A team, where each co-worker can rely on another and where all together strive for common victories.
We promote independence and self-initiative, while our values represent the guidelines, on the basis of which individuals can make individual decisions with all their responsibility and the company’s support.
We create green buildings! We create the most efficient energy solutions that respect the environment and the comfort of persons.
We want to become the largest provider of GreenBuilding solutions in the Adriatic region.
We want to become a synonym for energy-efficiency in expert and broader public.
We save together. We respect the environment! We save at each step. Besides offering energy-efficient products and “services”, we act ecologically in everyday life. We are aware that people are at the helm of evolution. We respect the Earth, because we know how to appreciate life. Savings of natural resources are good for the society as a whole.
We grow together. We trust ourselves, our knowledge, our values and our good intentions. We also trust in honesty of people and the honesty of their actions. We believe that honesty can bear mutual trust and can connect people with strong bonds of mutual trust. We strive for a relaxed working atmosphere and are pursuing an honest company culture. This is what differentiates us from others and makes us better.
We create together. We respect mistakes, as we respect learning. We believe that the road to excellency is open for anyone, who takes that journey with enough determination and willingness. We set our own goals. Therefore, we do not rest on our laurels of tradition, but try to implement the element of excellency into the present and the future. We observe a lot and learn constantly.
