Menerga d.o.o. was entrusted the first larger and more complex project Terme 3000 in Moravske Toplice, which included a hotel, an indoor public swimming pool and a wellness complex.1992
We have independently incorporated the first larger building management system in the Convention Hotel & Resort Hotel Habakuk project in Maribor.
Menerga starts developing its own and completely autonomous energy solutions, energy services and provides energy consulting for green buildings.1994
We start using 3D modelling and 3D construction tools for our projects. We start using our own Menerga h,x diagram (Psychometric chart) programme and the Klima 3000 programme.1996
We receive our first energy-efficiency prize, awarded by the Slovenian Ministry of the Economy.1998
We deliver our first project with a thermal activation of the concrete core.2000
At Menerga Slovenia, we develop our own programming equipment Klimen, which helps us increase the buildings’ energy efficiency.2002
