Customizable standing industrial fan coils

ConfiVent is a specialized standing industrial high rise fan coil, which can be delivered in standard version or customized version for special project needs. Standing industrial fan coil is applicable for bigger heating and cooling demands and is equipped with medium class filtration F7 to F9. All ConfiVent units are equipped with high performance automation (control and regulation) connectable to third-party automation systems via the widely-used Modbus protocol. In addition, ConfiVent units can be remotely operated or integrated in various building management systems (BMS).

All ConfiVent units come with high efficient fan technology with optimized impeller rotor driven by EC motor (electronically commutated). They can be controlled with 0-10V and/or connected to Modbus. Efficiency of fan assembly is significantly higher than IE4 efficiency class. Standardized: built-in display of filter dirtiness with analog instrument. Optional: filter dirtiness alarms and filter replacement requirement alarms.

Heating, cooling and/or filtration and/or targeted dehumidification

Standing industrial high rise fan coil ConfiVent are applicable for:

  • Industrial buildings (different type of manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry, automotive industry …),
  • Energetic sector (power plants, electro-energy stations, power plants …),
  • Spaces with special demands (engine rooms, swimming pool machinery rooms, warehouses …).

 

Standard industrial fan coils enable heating and cooling. In addition, ConfiVent units from Menerga are equipped with high quality filtration system and possible targeted room dehumidification mode. Recommended implementation is in spaces where in addition to heating and cooling, there is also significant need for effective cleaning of polluted air. Upon request, ConfiVent units can be delivered with various filtration classes. According to manufacturing technology process application the filters can vary from G1 to E12 classes.

Customization options

Optimized standing execution requires less space and ensures easier placement between technology equipment. Considering different manufacturing technology requirements, we can adapt and customize the following parameters:

  • Filtration class,
  • Heating and cooling power,
  • Heating medium (glycol or water),
  • Construction type (2-pipe or 4-pipe),
  • Operation modes (normal, economical, reduced,)
  • Temperature and/or humidity control in rooms.
